Vintage 60s/70s white woven leather T-strap shoes. 
Buckles on the straps, rounded pointed toes.
Flat heels, open on the sides.  Man made soles and heels. 
These shoes are lightweight. 
The shoes are either unworn or very gently worn. Original tags on the foot bed liner.
